ive never used pam for grilling. as long as the grates are relatively clean and the temperature is under control you should be fine. but im sure it can prove useful

if you grill burgers plz dont squeeze them down w/ a spatula or whatever. it makes me mad when people do that

id recommend bringing a small bottle of lighter fluid in case the coal/briquettes dont cooperate. hope the weather is nice. windy conditions make for the suck while grilling
