I wash my hands with soap every time, pissing or shitting. I know that if I'm just urinating my hands probably aren't getting dirty, but washing your hands is one of the single most effective ways to cut down on infections (like influenza or staph), so doing it every time I'm in the bathroom is just good practice. This way I ensure that I wash my hands thoroughly several times a day.

Plus, I dont' want to shake someone else's hand if they've recently touched their junk and then haven't washed their hands, so I won't do that to them.
