Apparently, Colorado is passing a new law to attract former military members to fully utilize their Post-9/11 GI Bill. Instead of paying out-of-state tuition, members will pay the in-state tuition rate (difference of $8K). Aside from getting tuition paid for under the GI bill, I would get roughly $1,371 (Boulder) per month for housing.
