My point is that a nurse should be qualified for her job and confident in her abilities. I could give a fuck less if she is a 300lb woman named Helga as long as she is capable of doing her job. What you get when you start offering incentives like this is every daddys girl looking for an easy out and who is only casually interested in being a nurse because she thinks she is going to score a doctor...not the person I want in charge of my care at a clinic or hospital.
you still have to have the qualifications ... you still have to get the job and you still have to be certified. this is just a job perk. in reality no different than say a veggie diesel company offering their employees their kits at a highly reduced fee or no charge.
this is open to doctors as well and in a place where they are severely understaffed if this is going to help get them any nurses then good for them. its not like any joe off the street can walk in and say hi i want a job, can i be a doctor?
anyone who is going to become a doctor or nurse isnt going to do it for just a boob job
