I'm thinking they are going to keep the turf, but that is just a guess, I don't go to the neighborhood meetings to know the details. I still have to get my free golf cart because my fiancees dad bought land in the subdivision so he gets a golf cart with it
So have they been just letting it grow free with no upkeep for the past few years?
