Argggghhhh
So i had 2 new front tires and an allignment done last week. While taking my tires off, I was told that they couldn't get one of my lugs off so they had to break the stud. I thought ok, stuff happens, they charged me $40 to have it done. I didn't feel like looking around at other places and the amount of time it would've taken me, it wouldn't have been worth it. I drove the car off the lot and everything was fine. A couple days go by and I hear this weird noise from my left front brake. I figured it was just noise because my car makes some weird noise so i didn't think twice about it.
I was coming home from work on saturday. While driving on the highway all of a sudden i hear this really loud BANG. I had some friends in the car and we were like wtf was that. I begin moving to the right to switch lanes and all of a sudden i hear this really terrible grinding noise and it got worse whenever i put my foot on the brakes. I took my tire off and was looking to see what it was but couldn't find anything. Needless to say I had to have the car towed home ($64 Tow) and then have the place I had the work done tow the car back to there shop.
Question is, What do you think the likely hood is that the shop is going to call me back and tell me the issue is something that they didn't cause and it's going to cost me xyz amount of dollars to get it repaired :squint: I think they messed something up with my brakes but i don't know what that loud bang was.
