I don’t know why... I’m pissed. I just am. So I'm talking to someone about our task and how we could improve the way we do business with a fairly simple change. It would require investment but would also improve our service, our customer's satisfaction and decrease cost associated to our legal department.

She replies well if agents would do their jobs we wouldn't have a problem.

So I rip her apart! I told her that if everyone thought like her there would never be any improvements. That saying shit like that is just stupid and that she should realize that we are stretched to the max. Also told her to stop giving me the generic BS.

She then say: yeah well let me ask you something… If you go to a restaurant and the chef undercook your chicken and you get sick. Would you not say “the chef should do his job”?

I told her well if the fucking chef was also the bus boy, waitress, snow removal guy, gardener and janitor whos to blame the chef or the fucking management that always blame everything on the only ones that actually work…and I walked off
