this place i found ... would be like $500 a month or less ... based on the fact i have pets and all factors aside a decent 2 bedroom apartment will run me $700 plus utilities

i have a guaranteed no worries roommate for the next year minimum. i have to look at the math closer but based on what i can pay and what he would be paying i could have a 30 year mortgage paid off in 14-15 years. just in time to need a bigger house for family/kids
