Have a 97 Civic HX coupe. I recently swaped the engine into a B18c Type R. Runs great, and at first had some minor issues that were quickly resolved. However when trying to run an all data list through the PGM tester and or the HDS tablet. I get no data out of the DLC connector. But can retrieve any codes set when i jump the two pin diagnostic connector by the ECU. Has anyone come accross this problem? If so, what was the solution for repair?
