I had Koni Reds(non adjustable) and Tein S-techs on my Integra before I sold it. The ride quality was perfect and so was the drop. Only set me back 500ish for the set. I coupled those with Omni-power front uppper, front lower, and rear lower control arms along with skank2 strut braces and rear tie bar and the handling was stellar compared to stock. My next step was sway bars, but I sold the car before I had the chance to buy them.
