I went to one down here in Baltimore once. I walked in the door and it smelled like vomit (I am pretty sure someone had thrown up pretty recently). So I got some chicken and biscuits despite that and left. I got home and ate it and could barely finish it. It was so greasy I felt sick after and it literally coated my mouth in grease. I had to rinse with water and scrape my tongue. Fucking nasty ass shit. :chuck:
It always looks good on the commercials, and often pretty cheap (though I wouldn't get an 8 piece), but after that testimonial I'm not so sure I'm missing out.
At the KFC my sister used to work at, if they ran low or completely out of chicken, they'd send someone up to Walmart or maybe HyVee to pick up some chicken in order to meet demand. Only if that place couldn't supply it would they then close early.
