Did you purchase the AppleCare Techician or did you take classes?
I work for an AASP so we have self-service access through Global Service Exchange. All the ACMT study material is on the Training tab in GSX for the ACMT. So if you were going to buy in, there would be a pretty good benefit. Unfortunately it's built in a frame-based web page that is near impossible to extract info from. I wish the stuff was available in PDF's.
