In most cases they lube the bushings with newer grease. If you don't the rubber bushings start to wear out (sort of like sandpaper sandwiched between the sway bar and the bushing). So most of the bushings will get a shot of grease to flush out the old/dirty grease. There's about 30-50 different suspension bushings.

And some will be added to door hinges, locks, tail gate hinges

You could do this yourself you would need some Honda grease and a grease gun. Some of the bushings are very tight and you might need to unbolt or release some pressure by unbolting to get some grease in tight spots.
