I've been checking around other forums and net sites, and noticed that a lot of peeps are seeing that the dealer adds this to your service manual because they want you to feel like you're getting tons of stuff when you do your service. and regarding chasis lubrication, it's sealed so you can't get to it or it doesn't apply to your car. Best thing to do is ask your mechanic or ask the Honda dealer representative what exactly lubricating the chasis is....
