You're talking like an automatic Honda can do 9's. Nope, not going to happen. Or how you know of someone with a automatic 310whp car. Okay, cool... By the time that power gets to the ground the other car with the same or even less power will be way far ahead.
I've built, driven, and seen hondas that have been into the 8's, and none of them have been automatic.
Since I have respect for Spec, I will not continue this.
I won't arguee you there that built FI manual can run 9s I see them run 8s. You have to dump so much money to run that fast. As for Turbo automatic prob will run 11s at least maybe 10 if the trans is built.
Which one will get more turbo lag and which one will follow thru the power band with no turbo lag?
