You have a B17, which means that the shorter stroke doesn't take as kindly to super-aggressive cams like the B18-based motors. The best cams to go with are either ITR cams or skunk2 Stage 1. In either case you won't need to rev the motor much higher than stock, say 8500 tops. Quick list of what I'd buy:

adjustable cam gears (pick yer brand I don't care)
assorted head rebuild parts (valve guides, washers, yadda yadda)
headwork from a place like JG, Portflow, Alaniz, DPR...
new intake manifold gasket
new exhaust manifold gasket
new head gasket
Hondata s100 + dyno tuning
Voila, figure around 185-190 whp if everything's done right.
