Also Tark, you might be manifesting a lot of that bad energy in your body by now. If you feel your muscles are tight and achy, look into getting a Shiatsu massage. You might end up crying at the end, because your bad energy goes from your body through their body and out in the cosmos like steam.

I got one when I was stressing at my worst, and I bawled at the end. The therapist actually thanked me for being open enough to let it happen. I just knew what I was going through, I couldn't do all by myself. h:

listen to this man. there's something that I read in a book that always stands out to me... "I am the robot" - meaning, it's ALL YOU. You are the one getting stressed, and only YOU have the power to get over it. Your conscience, stressing you out, is ALL YOU.

I deal with this crap alot, I have a shitty digestive system. When I have alot of stress, it gets worse. Stress can take it's toll on you in many different ways - some get migranes, some get upset stomachs, etc. I'm sure it's simply stress.

Read up about cognitive loops - they are essentially thought patterns that continuously manifest themselves upon themselves. I noticed myself getting into these loops, and simply realizing WHAT was happening removed the loops altogether.
