certian things are my oil pan was leaking on my m3 and they wouldn't warrenty it they said it was a wear and tear item.. (aka BUll Shit) also they said my car is modded so they won't warrenty anything on it.. so unless its a CPO from Bmw and is 100 perecent stock and your within the piad maintance which i believe ends at 50k miles.. u can buy addition paid maintance for 2k and warrenty for an ass load...


CLIFFS: bottom line bmw's are a high maintance cars and expensive to fix..
