Looking to buy my first real guitar... hopefully a takimine if i can find one.. any suggestions on entry level acoustic? (in the $200 range)

best bang for your buck IMO
should be able to find one in good shape on CL for $200-300, i found one locally for $250 when i was looking, ended up with a $25 pos instead, should have spent the $250
