I don't know anything about this shop as I'm on the eastern side of the country but I will say this, I know shops down in SWFL that ripped people off left and right and the only ones who caught on where the guys and gals that had the knowledge and such but just not all tools to do certain things, and even then you had to
really look close to catch on that you were getting used parts, my family had a shop years back who 'replaced' the transmission in our truck, well not only did we get a used one at full new price, they forgot to put tranny fluid in it

bet you can figure where that went a few miles down the road, and we had been going there since I was learning to talk, after that I started learning how to work on cars as I didn't like seeing my family struggle and get ripped. So the point is, a shop *could* be a great shop and have crappy employees screwing you or they can have good employees working at a crappy shop and are supposed to screw you and try not to, could be either or could be the customer screwing up so yeah I'd want either letters or in progress pics from both sources before going to a shop depending on how well their 'good rep' was or just go to one that didn't really have any bad rep to be found never know. I do know this, ripping on a place with nothing to back it up causes issues especially when they can and do prove their value.
