Well they are starting me at only 30hours a week, but they said if stuff goes well I will get more hours.
thats not bad... I'm pretty sure I start right out the door as an exempt employee and that there is a 3 month period of training/introduction to the system

I'm going to be working with S7 PLC's and this system seems pretty intense. I've had some ladder training and am pretty good with coding so I was hoping that would help, but even the guys I interviewed with said it's pretty much edge of your seat learning
