Someone actually talked to me on the phone, seemed fine with the $650 price, then came over and offered me $300. I just looked at him and said "Excuse me? :eh:"

He laughed and said ok ok, $350. I told him I have someone coming today for $650. I told him $600 cash on the spot right there if he wanted. He said $400.
