Well, I'm no doctor, but doesn't that make the process a lot more difficult?

Your own egg = turkey baster + donor spuzz

Somebody else's egg = egg harvesting (which is a pretty involved process), donor spuzz in a dish, re-implanting the fertilized egg into your uterus (also pretty involved)

All I'm saying, is if they both have functioning uteruses (uteri?) why not use them the easy way?
