Waivers is only for players that are dropped. that way, if i drop somebody, and he goes onto Waivers, then if multiple people see that i've dropped him and want to pick him up, you'll have to wait 1 or 2 days (depending on what you set) until that person gets on your team (the person with highest priority gets him)
i dont mind either way cuz i dont see it as big of an issue as it would be in basketball or football.
