Recently my accord developed this new problem... Sometimes it seems to be sluggish. For example I'll be driving in second gear (the problem occurs randomly in any gear) and all of the sudden the car would feel like it is in a high gear (sluggish, like somethings holding it back) , but once I press the gas pedal all the way the car goes back to normal... I have a 94 accord 5 speed... Just recently did a tune up, spark plugs, oil, oil filter, dist cap n rotor, spark plug wires, this did not fix... Any help is appreaciated, thanks
