What have you given up for Lent?
I'm not religious in the least but I think its a good time period to go ahead and try it out. Be it a weight loss goal assist, or just to test your own fortitude, we should choose something.
I chose giving up alcohol. Beer and liquor. I figure since I work at a bar and I tend to have minimum 3 - 4 alcoholic drinks a day, every week, this will be a good test. I plan on saving money and losing weight.
We'll see. Anyone else doing anything?
