any check engine light?

so, my first approach on my shop is to see if theres coolant in the radiator and then i pressure test it and then looks for leaks.

the radiator hose being hot at the top and cold at the bottom is a good sign. that means the thermostat is opening and the radiator is cooling the hot coolant that passes through the radiator.
it might be an issue with you fan not turning on when the temp reaches high temp.
or like what i mentioned above, your cooling system needs to be pressure tested and see if it leaks coolant.
