If it does pass, which I would be surprised, then the feds would do the exact same as they are doing with medical marijuana and bust them claiming national laws over state laws.

DEA will not agree.
Obama named a new head of the DEA recently. He's not an anti-drug fanatic like the last one. He was in charge of drugs or something in Seattle. I don't know much about him but word is he made marijuana the lowest priority for arrests or tickets in Seattle.
This is good news, there seems to be a legalization buzz (no pun) recently but I'm skeptical this will pass.
