First job was just a part-time job where I had no prior work experience. I don't think I was either over or under qualified. Second job was a campus job in college where I was overqualified (in that anybody could do the job), 3rd job after college I was far overqualified but it was an "in" to the company so I took it, and 4th job I would argue I was underqualified but it was in the general area of my degree so that helped.
