Anyone? Anyone at all....

I also failed to mention car has some crappy ass alarm on it.
Previous owner was a fuck up and decided to do everything him self and half ass it. the alarm is a VPS XCL I have never heard of it, but I HIGHLY dought that this is causing my issues due to the car starting when jumped...
also its holding 12.5V when the car is compeletly off. so battery is still good.

I dont know what other info I could give. But I do need the help to get this shit running. as it is my Only DD and work can be pretty far away.
