If I get a game early for the 360, it's most-likely downloaded. Some 360 games are region locked, some aren't ... it's completely random. The Halo Wars title that was leaked yesterday is from Europe. The SF4 I got last week was from the US.

I'm pretty pleased about this one though, it's a good 2+ weeks before the US street date.
