this baffles the shit out of me. Though when i think about it, i guess i should not be to surprised. We had a case at work where a guy broke into the policy holders house, and in the process hurt himself, he was able to sue the policy holder for his injurys, and WON! My only hope is they are not still in the country I hope the government uses this as an oppertunity to make there lives absolute shit by deporting there asses, applying a penalty so they cant leagally imigrate for 20 years, and after 20 years if they do come back give them such a limited visa they cant pick there nose in public with out getting deported
