Any turbo with a T3-style flange on the turbine will fit their manifolds, I think they also do T4-flanged stuff although I'm not sure. Why do you want to run a 60-1? There are other trims that'll be more efficient on a B18C.

You can run a T3/60-1. That'll fit a T3 manifold, and should spool considerably faster than a straight 60-1.
