Default Hesitation 3rd Hen

I have heard of several problems with the Honda and hesistating. Here is my problem.

'89 Accord Sei 2 door.

Problems during the first 20 min or so everyday. It does not matter about temp since it has gotten cooler no difference.

The problem is a severe hesistation/ occasional stall when at stop sign or light. Once acceleration "really" begins it is ok but problem is getting off the "line"

I have heard about master relay but I thought that was mainly only in hot temp and related to turning the car off and then not restarting.

I have seen a brief TSB relating to ignition coil. Does anyone have access to these. It is TSB:
Make: HONDA Model: ACCORD Year: 1989
Service Bulletin Number: 89043 Bulletin Sequence Number: 055 Date of Bulletin: 12/89
NHTSA Item Number: 010464
Component: ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:IGNITION:COIL
Summary:

HESITATION WHEN COLD-BEFORE REACHING NORMAL OPERATING TEMPERATURE, ENGINE HESITA

It seems to descibe it. But is there a way to access it?

Let me know if you have any ideas.

Thanks

TD
