Wheels on the CRX EF8 & Civic Si EF9 look like. I know the US EF9 had hubcaps & EF8 REX Si had alluminum wheels.

As for the US versions I think Honda should've made the 90-91 rear disk & some kind of alluminum wheels for the Civic Si just because it was a little heavier & top of the line Civic.
