He went outside real late at night...like 4am maybe. Smoked a bowl...then smoked a cig. Put the cig in the bucket of sand & cig butts. Cig smoldered overnight, ended up catching the bucket on fire, which was up against the back wall of the house, caught the house on fire, burned the back wall, roof, part of my other roommate's room that was right next to it.
