Maayyyyyybe shady, but I don't think of it as stealing. I've done something like this before. Bought a game, opened, played it. then 2 weeks later it's on sale for less somewhere else. Buy it there, return it where I bought it originally and get the difference between sale price and the price I paid. Circuit City used to do that with stuff. If you bought it there and found it on sale later, they'd give you the difference from the sale price and 10% of the difference even after you bought it back to you.
Then again CC did go out of business now.
