Dubster is exactly right...
The b18c1 head has a smaller combustion chamber, yielding a higher compression ratio.
the b16a head has the same combustion chamber volume as the ITR one, so u can just do what I did and save some chingeros... which is, get the cheaper head and throw fresh ITR valvetrain inside... unless u go Titanium... Then well... ;-)

btw, off topic, but don't let everyone scare u from doing the LS/VTEC, I did forged internals, etc. fresh bearings obviously, but mine's running nicely and I love it ;-)
