You stated you didnt know why you were pulled over especially when you have family members on the force indicating you should get preferential treatment.

I'm sure he had PC to pull you over or else he could get into major trouble. Truth is you drive a bright yellow car and get pulled over every other week. I think its time to stop blaming the police and maybe look at yourself as to why you keep getting stopped
