nah more like closing time in major college town and its edge of campus ... the majority of the cops are douchebags so you just deal

he was all pissed cuz hes like "i dont just put my light on you for no reason, it means move" ... which is odd cuz i would think if a cop lights you up you better not go anywhere :dunno:
