lots of places have that machine. i wouldnt trust firestone to change my tires, let alone do a coolant flush...i had so many bad experiences with them, I have no clue why I kept going back. oh wait, now that I remember, I had a friend that worked at the one I used to go to. He and his boss later got fired. using those machines correctly is a nice method, but not necessary.
