just something to think about.
this all hapenned after u did the coolant change right? im just guessing you probably did not do the coolant flush correctly, say maybe, just maybe you developed air pockets in your cooling system and maybe when it (air pockets) reaches the waterpump, you hear the engine noise that you are hearing.
