I think that's all it is. I did check the plugs they had a normal electrode shape and the color on the end was a brownish tan with no glazing and no carbon. No oil on the plugs either.

It IS cold outside. I just see the smoke out my mirror [still a white color] when I have the car at normal temp. OH WAIT I FORGOT TO MENTION SOMETHING. When I'm driving the car the temp is REALLY REALLY low. Could my themostat be stuck open? That would explain my weird temp readings. It will heat up on idle [because my fans won't come on for whatever reason it never gets high] but when I'm driving the temp is low low.
