A couple examples:
We were on a trip and driving along some coast. My family wanted to stop at a viewpoint, but since we had seen a bunch already I didn't want to, so I got mad and grumpy and ended up staying in the car. About 5 minutes later I regretted it because I saw that there were all of these sealions or walruses or something like that on the beach, really close to everyone, but I was too stubborn to admit that I wanted to see them so I stayed in the car.
Another time:
My family wanted to see Shrek. I wanted to see another movie, but they made me go. I said it was dumb and made up my mind that it was going to be a really stupid movie, so I sat, glaring at the screen. I had to try so hard not to laugh but I couldn't because I was just too stubborn and couldn't show my parents that they were right.
You sound like my 3 year old granddaughter when she can't have her way.
