I know an officer that was involved in a foot chase and accidentally drew the wrong weapon, got his service weapon instead of his taser and shot somebody. In the heat of the moment, things can go wrong...














having said that...I believe the cop that shot that guy knew he drew his Gun and intentionally shot the victim. I usually try to defend Cops, since I'm about to be one...but that Officer looked to me to be in the wrong and should face criminal charges on top of being terminated.
