I made this a couple times recently for a potluck and a family get together. Both times everyone was hooked on it. The only thing I did differently and would highly recommend is by using your own cooked chicken breast. Much better than canned crap.
Take a pack of chicken breast out, cut off all fat. Throw in a pot and boil it for like 45 minutes. Take out and let it sit for a few minutes. Then take the back edge of a knife and scrape the breast. Using this method you can shred the chicken nicely and it isn't chopped up or cut. It makes the dip so much better.
