Wasn't sure where to put this, since it's regarding a non-Honda, an olds actually.

I'm thinking this just senses temp. in the intake, it's not a MAF (right?:ugh.

Reason being, I put an aftermarket filter on sister's car for x-mas, so had to disconnect this sensor, car runs fine w/o but eventually the CEL came on, so I'm thinking I might just remove it from the filter box and plug it in, leaving it dangle in the engine bay :shrug:

edit: not so sure OT was a good place for this thread anyway, but I've figured things out myself (yes, it's obviously an IAT sensor, feel stupid for asking in the first place) so this thread no longer seems to serve much purpose. Feel free to delete if you feel the same way mods
