I have a set of Tech One HID's in my Integra.

It's pretty cold here, but my HID's have been through 3 winters now.

Anyways, when I turn it on, the passenger bulb ignites, then just fades out. It will ignite everytime I turn them on, only to fade out within seconds after.

Any ideas?
