Tokico Blues are good....but not great for a huge drop. Since you're getting prokits, you'll be fine and the ride should be just a tad stiffer than stock. You shouldn't have any problem with camber, prokits aren't an agressive drop and the amount of camber change is really negligible.

I have prokits with my koni yellows and was considering a camber kit, but after installation, I actually have near perfect camber. I can't imagine tokico blues to give you a problem with that. I would definitely make sure the shocks are in as good condition as they are claimed to be. If they were on a car that was slammed 2.5" for a month on hard driving, I wouldn't recommend getting them.
