i havent tried my new dc boots in the snow yet, but just from what it feels like when i wore them at the store and home, theyre pretty light and snug. not as "cushiony" as some of the burtons ive tried though. the padding inside is soft, just doesnt feel as "cushiony"

I hear ya, The DC store is across the street from the Burton store so I'll go into both and try different styles then buy them on line.
